Password Options
Password Lookup
Lookup the user's new password with the following options for weak or compromised passwords.
| Policy | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Password History | Disabled | Check the user's new password against the user's password history. This feature is only available on higher subscription plans. |
| History Size | 5 | If the user's new password matches any of the previous x passwords raise a friendly error and ask the user to enter a new password. |
| No Personal Info | Disabled | Perform a similarity check between the password and a set of attributes of the user. Raises password validation errors if true. |
| No Common Password | Disabled | Check if a password exists in a list of common password databases. Raises password validation errors if true. |
| Compromised Password Check | Enabled | Perform validation against compromised password databases. Raises password validation errors if true. |
Password Options
Navigate to Tenant and then find Password Options panel under Tenant Settings tab. Change password options and click Update Details.
